Summary of Specifications:
Pasco County has been invited to participate in a community-specific Integrated Management Course in Emmitsburg, Maryland in December 2012. This prestigious course is offered by the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which places public officials and emergency personnel in a realistic crisis situation that is specific to Pasco County. The purpose of this invitation is to solicit competitive sealed bids from travel agencies for the necessary travel arrangements. The County intends to select one (1) firm to handle all of the necessary air travel arrangements for this event. Award will generally be based on securing the necessary travel arrangements at the lowest cost.
