Description

Pasco County, Florida is seeking proposals for a taxable, fixed rate term loan at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions as determined by the County. The County’s Tourist Development Tax Refunding Revenue Bond, Series 2021 (the “2021 Bond”) will be issued to provide for a current refunding of the County’s outstanding Tourist Development Tax Revenue Bond, Series 2017 (the “2017 Bond”) issued for tourism projects, and to pay costs of issuance related to the 2021 Bond.
