It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a vendor for the removal of two (2) 5 Ton ductless split systems, the installation of two (2) 8 Ton split systems, and all associated work, at the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center, 20101 Central Blvd., Land O’ Lakes, FL 34637, per the specifications. All work is to be performed according to material manufacturers’ recommendations and in accordance with the specifications and the current building and energy codes. The work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, permits, inspections, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, freight, delivery, cranes, lifts, handling, disposal, and supervision required to complete all work as indicated.
