2022-02 - Design-Build Services for East Campus-STEM Center

The College is releasing this solicitation as Step 1 of a 2 step solicitation and selection process with the intent to receive sealed qualifications responses as Step 1, which will be evaluated on qualifications in Step 1,  from qualified Design Build Teams. Design Builder to serve as a single point of responsibility for the performance of said service and the furnishing of Design Build Services for the design and construction work for the East Campus- STEM Center for Student Success & Community Engagement located at 36727 Blanton Road Dade City, FL  33523, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation. A Design/Build concept consists of Architectural/Engineering services, construction management services and other required technical and construction workforce personnel to complete the project. A Design Criteria Package (DCP) will be provided in Step 2 of the solicitation and selection process to the shortlisted proposers after shortlisting by the Evaluation Committee.
