Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one company (Proposer) to provide professional, all-inclusive landscaping services which include Grounds Maintenance, Irrigation, Turf, Trees, Ornamental Services & Wetland buffers and mitigation areas, and Tree Maintenance for Pasco-Hernando State College’s (College) West Campus, Spring Hill Campus including Hunter Lake Road Residential House, North Campus, East Campus, Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch, Instructional Performing Arts Center (IPAC) and Gowers Corner property. Maintenance of storm water retention systems, pond treatment, wetland mitigation areas are to be included in the contract.
