Description

The Santa Rosa County School District is requesting quotes for complete supply and installation of an outdoor flooring system including interlocking suspended flooring modular tile with the application of game line markings and transition materials. West Navarre Primary School in Navarre, FL is seeking to resurface its outdoor basketball court.

Tile Specifications:

prefabricated high-impact polypropylene suspended synthetic interlocking modular tile flooring systems
Slip-resistant open-top design
Fungus Resistance (ASTM G 21): No Growth
Tested and Certified by the NSF
Paintable striping applied

Paint/Line Marking Application:

Line marking (paint) to be supplied by tile manufacturer and be specifically formulated for application to the flooring material.
Preferred: Paint shall be a two-component polyurethane applied with a primer

Installation to include:

Preparation of existing site by the Awarded Contractor to accommodate the synthetic flooring products.
Installation of the synthetic flooring products to a pre-approved layout.
Trim modular tiles to within ½" to any wall or obstruction to prevent any potential buckling issues.
Game line application.
- Line marking will be completed per preapproved layout.
  - Paint lines for four (4) foursquare courts (colors tbd)
- Line marking to be specifically formulated for application to the flooring material and applied in an approved method required for line marking.
Removal of all excess waste and materials from site by the Awarded Contractor.

Please respond to all bid questions. The School District is requesting pricing on two sizes of tiles. Photos of the site are provided. Installation is required for each bid item.
