Detailed information will be discussed at a mandatory pre-proposal conference on January 17, 2024 in the Santa Rosa County Dillon Center located at 6032 Hwy 90, Milton, FL 32570. ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL VENDORS. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative’s signature on the attendance roster. The first 5 minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documentation and for vendor sign in. Vendors must arrive on time to be allowed to participate in the conference. Those arriving after the 5-minute sign in period will not be allowed to participate. FSMCs will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to the food service program. Each interested company will be limited to a maximum of three representatives at this conference. Site visits will begin immediately after the conference

All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Florida Purchasing Group, located at https://www.floridabidsystem.com.
Only the names of the companies submitting a bid will be called out at the RFP opening per Florida Statute 119.071.
Proposals submitted will be publicly reviewed in the Director of Purchasing and Contract Administrator’s office at 3:15 PM CDT, February 16, 2024.
