Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to set prices for a five year contract for the supplies, equipment and labor for the installation of new and maintenance to existing irrigation systems. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, labor and any permits, including a Santa Rosa County Occupational license, required to complete the work. Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference: Detailed information will be discussed at a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference to be held Tuesday at 8:30 AM, October 18, 2005 , at the Purchasing Conference Room, Santa Rosa County School Board Administrative Support Complex, 6544 Firehouse Road, Milton, and FL. 32570. The first 5 minutes of the conference will be for distribution of documentation and for vendor sign in. Vendors must arrive on time to be allowed to participate in the conference. Those arriving after the 5 minute sign in period will not be allowed to participate. The conference will be recorded, with the resulting video tape becoming a part of the documentation for this solicitation. Copies of the video tape will be made available to interested parties by supplying a blank video tape to the purchasing office.
