Summary of Specifications:
1. Clean and inspect filters – must be dust free 2. Clean projector lens 3. Clean casing and mount 4. Maintain usage data collected (lamp hours) and records - The number of current projectors are approximately 1200 which may increase due to purchases of new projectors. - Current models in the District: Epson, NEC, Viewsonic, Panasonic, Sharp, Dell, Infocus, Optima, and Acer. - Work will be assigned as needed and coordinated thru the Professional Development Center (PDC). Contact: Lisa Thomas 983-5110. - Invoices must be submitted to the Professional Development Center (PDC) in a timely manner. - Usage Data Reports are to be submitted with invoices. - Insurance is required for General Liability, Auto and Worker’s Compensation. Insurance requirements are attached (1). - Contractor must abide by the Jessica Lunsford Law.
