RFQ-08-17 - Telephone Service At Berryhill Elementary and King Middle Schools

Summary of Specifications:
The Schools District is requesting voice circuit proposal options for Berryhill Elementary and King Middle Schools identified in section A and B. District is requesting response for 9 POTS lines with 52 extensions at Berryhill Elementary and 12 POTS lines with 48 extensions at King Middle School. 

District is requesting pricing for future consideration of Hosted VOIP. Responses should clarify how their solution could integrate with Microsoft Office 365 (including Skype for Business) which is currently used by the district. Be sure to include costs for IP based phones sets in NRC. Vendor should also provide information on how this solution would support call center functionality and reporting. All responses must be documented completely on the SIP tab of the Voice-SIP RFP Response Form provided. Since we do not have SIP currently, we are asking vendors to provide responses that would support the site as a stand-alone service/system with the capability of being integrated later into an entire district system over our existing infrastructure and existing ISP as is most cost effective.
