Santa Fe College Department of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting statements of qualifications for Architectural Services for the Ralph W. Cellon, Jr. Institute on the Northwest Campus in Gainesville, Florida. Services are expected to include project programming, design, and construction administration services for a new facility of approximately 30,000 GSF. The program consists of classroom and lab suites for applied engineering, HVAC, and welding programs as well as office and study space and related student and support service areas.
