Trailer must be equipped with a cooling system that is diesel powered and has the capability to hook up to a three-phase power supply. The cooling system unit must be capable of maintaining a constant interior temperature at any point between -20° Fahrenheit and +80° Fahrenheit when the trailer is completely filled with forest tree seedlings, food or ice. Most frequently, the cooling unit must be capable of maintaining a constant interior temperature of 34° Fahrenheit when the trailer is completely filled with forest tree seedlings (approximately 25 tons). The entire unit required and covered by these specifications shall be the manufacturer’s latest basic production model and shall be equipped with all standard equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest literature.
