Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing web based, on-demand video training on every aspect needed to run an airport: including but not limited to operations, maintenance, security, customer service, and human resources to Airfield Management (AFM) personnel for at nine (9) Naval Air Stations as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.
A single firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period and four (1) year option periods.
Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:
- Contractor Information. Please provide the following:
- Company name
- Company address
- Point of Contact name, phone number, and email
- CAGE code and UE ID number
- NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Large Business or Small Business.
- If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.)
- If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.
- Capability Statement - A description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
