The City of Avon Park is seeking bids, from qualified roofing contractors that have been in business at least ten years, to provide all necessary labor and material to remove and dispose of the existing roofs and install new roofs of the same kind at the Avon Park Classic Caladiums Building located at 1315 SR 64 West, Avon Park, FL 33825. Except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete, and deliver the work within the specified time. Permits and licenses necessary for the execution of work shall be secured by the Contractor, and fees shall be accounted for in the total bid price. All supplies and material shall be new. All materials shall match the existing color.
