The awarded Consultant shall provide a full range of services, including but not limited to, innovative plan design, funding alternatives, risk identification, risk exposures, insurance placement, written analysis, and recommendations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Assisting the City will all aspects of its health insurance consulting/agent services, • Managing all aspects of its health and benefits insurance programs, including but not limited to Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Long and Short-Term Disability programs, integrating insurance and on-site health center expertise. Consultant shall perform the following services: • Negotiate annual renewal of coverage from carriers for Health, Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, COBRA, and FSA/HSA coverage. • Provide annual renewal reports to include the following: • Executive Summary. • Enrollment history and claims trends. • Analysis of Health Care trends. • Financial Projections. • Development of Rate Renewal. • Presentation of premium rates. • Provide the City with trends for all insurance coverages on a quarterly basis...
