Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The 2024 Black Lake Preserve timber sale is a per ton harvest of 135 acres comprised of marked Slash, Longleaf and Loblolly pines. All trees available for harvest are marked with a blue dot at eye level or higher and at the stump. In addition, all water and laurel oaks (some of which are not marked) are also available for harvest. B. Estimated volumes to be removed are 965 tons of Pine Pulpwood, 646 tons of Pine Chip-n-Saw, 618 tons of Pine Sawtimber and 1,150 tons of hardwood pulpwood. A per ton price for each product class is required from the Respondent. The per ton price for each product class must be entered on the ITB PRICING FORM. C. Additional timber within the sale area may be designated for removal by the County Project Manager during the harvest.
