Specifications include, but are not limited to: rehabilitation, reconstruction, and/or elevation of single family (one to four (1 to 4) unit residential structures), or the rehabilitation of manufactured home unit (MHU) structures; in compliance and as supported by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs such as Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR Awarded firm(s) shall be responsible for the performance of all required construction work on each structure; including, but not limited to: roofing, framing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, well and/or septic, HVAC, millwork, flooring, drywall, finishing, demolition, removal of hazardous materials, site work, elevation, permitting; construction management, and administration through to project close-out, and any other services that may be required at each property.
