Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for Central Polk Parkway US 17 to SR60; Resurfacing and Safety Improvements, Polk Parkway, MP 8-17; HPS to LED Lighting Conversion Polk Parkway, MP 0-24, Polk County and Program Corridor Management services for a grouping of assigned projects identified in the document provided with this advertisement. Program Management services include management of risks, issues, stakeholders, cost and schedule, identification of key milestones and targets, and reporting progress. The consultant will be responsible for providing Program Corridor Management for the respective FPID No(s): 440897-3, 440897-2, 449688-1, 452228-6. It is recommended that the consultant allocate no more than approximately 1 page out of the five pages in the letter of response about their approach to the program management of the corridor related to: Risk Management: The consultant shall identify and manage risks to the corridor program and report. The consultant will utilize a Turnpike supplied reporting tool to report program risks. Issue management: The consultant shall identify and manage issues to the corridor program and report. The consultant will utilize a Turnpike supplied reporting tool to report the program issues. Stakeholder management: The consultant shall identify all stakeholders within the corridor. A plan will be developed to engage stakeholders. A communication plan will be developed. A communication matrix will be created and utilized on the project. The communication matrix will identify all stakeholders, identify people and escalation steps for communication with each stakeholder. Cost and Schedule management: The consultant shall develop a cost and schedule management tracking system and implement for the corridor program. Anticipated Schedule and cost impacts will be forecasted and reported upon. Key Milestones and Targets: The consultant will identify key milestones for the project. Upon identification of key milestones, targets to measuring successful progress towards key milestones will be identified. Progress will be tracked and reported. Reporting progress: The consultant will track and report program progress. Reporting will consider all areas of responsibility.
