Specifications include, but are not limited to: *Removal of one (1) 14 Ton AAON split system from the second floor *Removal and disposal of the existing refrigerant *Install one (1) 15 Ton Carrier straight cool, dual circuit, with 2 stage electric heat AHU Model # 40RUAA16T2A6-UA0A0 Condenser Model # 38AUDT16A0B6-0A0A0 *Two (2) new replaceable core drier canister installed on exterior with new cores *New auxiliary drain pan under AHU with emergency float switch *Rework existing ductwork for new AHU *Reuse existing line sets to greatest extent possible *Reuse existing concrete housekeeping pads and modify as needed *Repair insulation as needed to match existing *Coordination with Control’s Contractor to run new system and modulate bypass dampers for use with VAVs *Testing and check out of new system (piping, controls etc.) *Test and Balance of system * 5-year Compressor warranty, 1 year all other parts and labor BY Others: *Electrical work *Permits *Unit smoke detector disabled while under construction *Duct cleaning All work to be preform during normal business hours/days Location: City of Cocoa Police Department - 1226 West King St., Cocoa, FL 32922 The City of Cocoa Reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals or any portion thereof, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities and to accept the bid/proposals which, in its judgement, best serves the city.
