The operation of a 320 square foot block concession stand for the purpose of providing concession services and/or rentals to the general public. The proposer may also offer to the public for a fee, equipment rentals (such as chairs, beach umbrellas, various sundry items etc.) and/or motorized or nonmotorized vessels. On-site cooking equipment will be limited to small appliances or similar counter top devices. Any other cooking appliance use request must be approved by the City. The awarded lessee shall be responsible for all maintenance, electricity, water, sewer, etc. required to operate the concession. The lease negotiated with the awarded lessee will include a “no compete” clause with regard to the existing Crabby Bill’s restaurant located on the City of St. Cloud Lakefront.
