Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Proposer must provide at minimum a chair/umbrella rental operation. a. Rentals cannot interfere with the public’s ability to use and enjoy the beach and park. Concessionaire does not have a reserved area to set up rental equipment and the public can use the beach without renting equipment. b. All concession equipment will be required to be removed from the beach daily and may be stored within the space provided at the park or removed from the property at the vendors’ discretion. The equipment must not be left on the beach overnight under any circumstances. Chairs/umbrellas and other supplies must be secured effectively in their designated storage location in the event of storms to prevent litter. 2. The County reserves the right to approve all food merchandise offered for sale if the concessionaire chooses to offer those services. 3. The concessionaire does not have access to the park after hours and any access outside of the posted hours must be approved in advance by the Department. The park is open 7 days a week, 7am to sunset, 365 days per year.
