Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and operations necessary to complete the following work for the community park improvements to Festival Park in Cape Coral. This project has been designed with a base bid component and an additive component. The community park included in this scope of work for a construction bid is a portion of Festival Park (83 acres). Refer to the construction plans and specification for each of the parks for specific details on the project. The typical work activities involved are outlined below: Site Preparation: Erosion Control, Tree Removal, Clearing and Grubbing; Earthwork/Grading, Landscaping & Irrigation, Park Signage; Utilities: Water Service, Sewer Service, Electrical Service, Stormwater/Drainage Paving . Facilities: Restroom/Concession Building, Soccer Fields With Lighting; Amphitheater Berm, Fencing, Park Amenities.
