The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide Cut Paper and Envelopes, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Informal Quote. 1.1.1 The City’s Print Center uses a variety of cut papers in its printing and reproduction requirements. 1.1.2 These paper requirements are ordered for delivery on an “as needed” basis. 1.1.3 These quantities are estimated ANNUAL quantities, and do not represent the quantity to be delivered in a single shipment. 1.1.4 They will be ordered, “as needed” in accordance with the minimum packaging unit. No guarantee is expressed or implied. 1.1.5 The City is not obligated to place an order for any given amount, subsequent to the award of this bid. 1.1.6 Bidders shall specify the Brand name of each product.
