Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District plans to serve nutritious and tasty pizzas provided under the resulting contract. The District reserves the right to serve any other pizza options on the lunch menu. All departments and special programs may also utilize this Contract for any parties and gatherings. The LCS Nutrition Services Department is not responsible for pizza ordered by other departments. 2.4.2 The Bidder must be able to provide prompt delivery service simultaneously to all sites. The Bidder, if using multiple store locations, should provide the stores' addresses, phone numbers, and Manager contact information to each school. 2.4.3 All orders for the school lunch program shall be placed by the schools Nutrition Services Manager (or their designee) to the Contractor’s store Manager on the morning of the working day of delivery. 2.4.4 Any departments or special programs utilizing this Contract will contact the individual stores to place the order. Invoices should be sent to the school bookkeeper. 2.4.5 No minimum order requirements may be imposed or will be allowed. Any quantities specified in this Bid are estimates only. Quantities are subject to change in order to meet the needs of the District.
