Specifications include, but are not limited to: The development, lease and operation of an off-highway vehicle park at the County’s 20 Mile Bend Site. The site is located at 20 Mile Bend Boat Ramp Road in Loxahatchee, west of Florida’s Turnpike and just south of State Road 441. The purpose of the lease is to provide an off-highway vehicle park and related services which shall include motocross/ATV track, beginner/pee wee track, primitive camping/parking for RV’s, motocross bike rental, development of an interconnected trail system within the licensed area consisting of various levels of terrain suitable for all riders ranging from beginners to advance, and may include other related activities and lessons at the park. The awarded respondent will be accepting the property “AS IS” and will be responsible for all financing, designing, permitting, constructing, operating and maintaining the off-highway vehicle park, as well as obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, including those associated with operating any concession services.
