The City of Winter Park is requesting bids from experienced catering firms who are interested in assisting the City in providing approximately three (3) meals per day for 300-500 City employees, contractors, and volunteers (Workers) for up to two (2) weeks after an emergency, such as a hurricane or other disaster. The length of the agreement and the number of meals required will depend on the intensity of the disaster/emergency. The City intends to provide meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Workers assisting with recovery efforts immediately after an emergency. No electricity is guaranteed to be available, and it should be assumed that electricity will not be available. 3.2. Scope A. Successful Respondent shall furnish all food, beverage, and personnel necessary for efficient and sanitary catering and clean-up service. B. Successful Respondent shall purchase and prepare an adequate quantity of food to serve meals to the total number of Workers as directed by the City of Winter Park or designee.
