Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a primary point of contact to work closely with the Department, its agents and all supporting vendors associated with Department’s toll operations in the planning, implementation, transition, management, and operation of the CSC. • Support all operations for SunPass® and TOLL-BY-PLATE® toll collection efforts including, but not limited to, financial exception processing. • Comply with all requirements relating to the provision of all facilities, fixtures, furniture, workstations, a scalable phone system, IVR, and all other equipment and consumables to meet the requirements of the specified services throughout the Term of the Contract. • Provide all qualified management, supervisory, operations staff, and professional and clerical personnel, to professionally operate and administer the CSC in a manner that meets the Contract. • Provide Business Continuity Plan (as further described in Section 7.8. of this Exhibit A) for the Department review and approval. • In conjunction with Toll Collection System contractors(s), participate in the Payment Card Industry Level 1 Certification during all Phases throughout the Term of the Contract. The Department anticipates that testing for Payment Card Industry Level 1 Certification will occur throughout the entire Term of the Contract. The Vendor shall support all work necessary to achieve and maintain the Payment Card Industry Level 1 Certification
