The Contractor shall provide the following services. • Provide and install a Cisco Room Kit Pro 4K Codec (“Codec”). • Connect two (2) existing PCs to the Codec for audio and video input to the Codec. • Provide and install two (2) Cisco Pan-Tilt-Zoom 4K cameras as described in the Video Coverage section of the Cisco Recommendation. • Provide and install three (3) Shure MXA920 microphones as described in the Audio section of the Cisco Recommendation. • Connect two (2) existing Shure microphones installed in the two podiums to the Codec. • Review the Audio section of the Cisco recommendation for microphone zoning and implement microphone zoning to best meet the needs of the room. • Connect the two projectors and one television installed in the room to the video output of the Codec. • Connect the Codec to the existing audio amplifier. • Provide and install wall-mounted switches to raise and lower projector screens and blinds. • NOTE: Bid pricing for the equipment is to include all installation costs, services, and incidentals required to deliver a complete and fully operational solution, as defined in this solicitation.
