All services and materials provided must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer specifications, the NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, the Florida Administrative Code, and Florida Statute Chapter 633. Services performed by the awarded bidder shall comply with NFPA 10 and the bid specifications. The awarded vendor must provide services including, but not limited to, the inspection, testing, recharging, repair, installation, and labeling of fire extinguishers and automatic extinguisher systems. The apparent silence of the specifications regarding any detail, or any apparent omission from it of a detailed description concerning any point, shall be regarded as meaning that only the best commercial practices shall prevail and that only materials and workmanship of the finest quality are to be used. All interpretations of the specifications shall be made on the basis of this statement.
