1. Florida Polytechnic University main campus: Respondent shall build two new pathways into the campus terminating the service in the BARC (4400 Research Way) and CCC (4545 Research Way) buildings. These unique and diverse paths shall provide 10Gbps of dedicated IP Transit service. 2. Florida Polytechnic University main campus: Respondent shall provide an additional separate two 10Gbps Layer 2 transport circuits to the Florida LambdaRail (FLR) (https://www.flrnet.org) network via the highly resilient and scalable network connections. Respondent shall provide two fiber pathways for this. Respondent shall build these two new pathways into the campus terminating the service in the BARC (4400 Research Way) and CCC (4545 Research Way) buildings. 3. Respondent shall provide transport circuits to FLR network via preferred POP locations: 7909 Woodland Center Blvd Tampa FL 33614 and 380 Lake Destiny Drive Orlando FL 32810. Other POP locations, which are not preferred, include 50 NE 9th St Miami 33132 and 9701 S John Young Parkway Orlando FL 32819. 4. Respondent shall provide an IP Address Block /24 Class C. 5. Florida Polytechnic University extension site: Respondent shall provide 1Gbps Metro Ethernet service from the Polk State Campus (3433 Winter Lake Rd) to the CCC (4545 Research Way) and BARC (4400 Research Way) buildings via fault-tolerant mechanisms. Respondent shall leverage Polk County dark fiber network infrastructure.
