Usage shall occur within multi-media advertisements (radio, billboards, game programs, live mentions, internet banner advertising run on each team’s official sports website where available, etc.) during the college football and basketball seasons (University of Florida and Florida State University). Vendor must be a nonpaid member of the “Fresh From Florida” Industry Membership program. Learfield IMG College, LLC., is the sole licensing proprietor of marketing rights for the University of Florida, Florida State University, University of Miami, University of Central Florida, University of South Florida and Florida A&M University. Learfield IMG College, LLC., manages the various aspects of multimedia marketing, including broadcast, print, in-stadium, etc. No other source is available to facilitate athletic-related advertising purchases at the universities.
