7.1. Project Background Information The Vendor/Contractor will provide as needed system monitoring and repairs, and jetting services every five (5) years, to maintain flow of landfill pipelines and leachate collection systems to reduce environmental impact and ensure regulatory compliance. 7.2. Performance Requirements A. The Vendor/Contractor agrees to acknowledge all Hernando County initiated requests for nonemergency estimates or inquiries relating to projects within eight (8) hours of placement message by any electronic device utilized by the vendor (cell phone, answering machine, fax, etc.). B. The Vendor/Contractor agrees to acknowledge all Hernando County initiated requests for emergency estimates or inquiries relating to projects within four (4) hours of placement message by any electronic device utilized by the vendor (cell phone, answering machine, fax, etc.). C. Vendor/Contractor must be able to provide emergency service within 24 hours, seven (7) days a week. D. Emergency call-out rates shall apply to any call that requires twenty-four (24) hour or less response time including holidays, weekends or after work hour
