Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Jacksonville (City) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to manage and provide programming at the following Government-owned athletic field(s): Dinsmore Park, located at Dinsmore Elementary School, 7330 Civic Club Drive, Jacksonville. Management and programming should reflect community needs and benefit the neighborhood and community. Programming may include athletic activities for all ages and/or youth. Programming for youth should mentor youth from all walks of life, enhance youth selfesteem, and develop teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and life skills. Organizations demonstrating the ability to provide programming and public access consistent with community needs will be preferred. This will not be a revenue-generating bid. Jacksonville may, at its sole discretion, relocate the programming at this park anytime during the contract term.
