Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Ormond Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified tennis management firms or individuals for the management, promotion, operation, and maintenance of the Ormond Beach Tennis Center, located at 38 East Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, Florida. The City of Ormond Beach desires proposals which will maximize the use of the Tennis Center while allowing continued use of the facility by existing groups. The City is interested in a tennis management contractor who can provide tennis instruction at all levels of participation, including private and group lessons, and junior programs. The proposer shall demonstrate the ability to perform in this type of business and clearly articulate achievable plans for operation.
