The contractor shall provide turnkey (new, used, and/or refurbished) temporary and swing space modular/mobile facility solutions to include site preparation, design, delivery, installation, maintenance/facility support, and removal services as required. See attachments for additional details.
Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to include Q&As and update Attachment 2 - CLIN Schedule (Sample Project) based on industry feedback.
Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional clarification (included in Q&A Matrix) on specifications listed in Attachment 2 - CLIN Schedule (Sample Project) and extend the response date to 13 September 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT.
Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional detials (inclued in Q&A Matrix) on desk specifications listed in Attachment 2 - CLIN Schedule (Sample Project) and extend the response date to 17 September 2024 at 10:000 AM EDT.
Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to update Page 5, para. 4.3.1.3 of the solicitation. This update revises this section to, "The offeror must provide evidence that the offeror understands and can satisfy section 3-6 of the BPA Terms and Conditions provided in Attachment 3. The Change is as follows: Requirements under this BPA may require awardees to pay large deposits and costs upfront for delivery/installation well before the first invoice/payment. Deposits and upfront costs may exceed $250K or more, depending on the condition (new, used, refurbished) of the modular/mobile buildings and scope of the project. Interested BPA holders must be able to fund large deposits/upfront fees upon issuance of a funded BPA Call.
Vendors do not need to resubmit their entire Volume II - Technical; however, offerors are required to address para. 6, Deposits/Upfront Costs of the BPA Terms and Conditions. This will not count towards page limitations as outlined in the solicitation. The response date has been extended to 30 October 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT.
Additionally, please confirm your quotes are valid for an additional 30 days to allow the Govenrment to complete evaluations.
