Designs (conceptual, preliminary, detailed), including the City's LEED and Envision requirements. 8. Preparation of biddable and constructible documents, including plans, technical specifications, construction sequencing, cost estimates and schedules. 9. Bidding and award assistance. 10. Construction administration related services, including shop drawing reviews, substantial completion and final inspection punch list. 11. Facility start-up and commissioning. 12. Creation of operation and maintenance manuals. 13. Review and/or update previously prepared plans and reports. 14. Energy reduction and conservation services. 15. Multi-discipline design services i.e. architectural, civil/site, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural engineering for conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs, including Interior renovations, and landscape/streetscape improvement. 16. Detailed structural assessments/evaluations (including subaqueous, if necessary) and applying appropriate repair techniques to existing structures/facilities requiring rehabilitation, i.e. bulkhead, wharf, fender, piling, seawalls, docks, etc .. 17. lntermodal facility planning, including vehicular ingress/egress, parking, passenger handling, and other related transportation/traffic engineering services. 18. Utility Master Planning detailing existing Marina/Port site utilities (both private and public) and determining where and what improvements are necessary, including cost estimates, in coordination with the proposed phased site development.
