Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service is seeking sealed bids for the sale of timber. This sale is a marked thinning of approximately 200 acres of loblolly, longleaf pine, and hardwood on the Bloxham and Rocky Comfort Tracts of Lake Talquin State Forest in Leon and Gadsden Counties, FL (see attached maps). All trees marked with blue paint within the sale area are available for harvest. Sale boundaries include roads, obvious changes of timber type and topography, and any non-marked trees. Timber volumes include 4,379 tons of pine pulpwood, 120 tons of pine chip and saw, 263 tons of pine sawtimber, and 1,300 tons of hardwood pulpwood
