A. The Contractor shall replace the railing and decking of the Black Creek Trail Boardwalks as follows: 1. South of CR 220 a. Approximately 210 linear feet. 2. North of CR 220 a. Approximately 190 linear feet. 3. Main US 17 a. Approximately 3,065 linear feet, including overlook. B. Concrete approach slabs shall remain. C. Railings along approach slabs shall be replaced. D. No topographic survey was taken of this project. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify field conditions and quantities prior to bidding. E. Construction equipment shall remain on the US 17 side of the boardwalk. F. Contractor shall coordinate with Florida Department of Transportation for maintenance of traffic (MOT) and deconfliction with construction efforts and sites along US 17.
