Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to partner with agencies that will provide educational and wraparound services which address all critical areas for the education of at-risk students. Proposers will provide an educational environment that addresses wrap around services that are critical to the education of at-risk students. The program should include researched, and data driven strategies with the ultimate goal of preparing students for college and career readiness. M-DCPS is responsible for providing educational experiences that promote learning and future success. The establishment of a program for outside agencies seeking funding from M-DCPS must ensure the promotion and attainment of Board-approved goals and standards for student outcomes. These outside agencies must be prepared to provide a wide range of educational services including appropriate placement and services for Special Education (SPED) and Limited English Proficient (LEP) students.
