Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend three (3) modifications to existing agreements for the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program (24160,1) by approving the increase of additional funds with Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. (RTTB) by $2,200,000.00, from $1,500,000.00 to $3,700,000.00, and extend services through September 30, 2025; East Tampa Business & Community Development Alliance, Inc. (ETBCDA) by $350,000.00, from $1,000,000.00 to $1,350,000.00 and extend services through December 31, 2025; and The Centre for Women, Inc., will extend the services through December 31, 2025, only. RTTB and ETCBDA have the capacity and staff to complete more home rehabilitations and demolition reconstruction projects to address extensive waiting lists for services on the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. The additional funds are needed to initiate projects that could not be started and completed without adequate funding. This notice of intent to recommend modification is being made in accordance with Sections 3.9 Change Order and 3.23 Modification Agreement of the County's Contract Terms and Conditions for the above referenced RFP. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
