Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tampa (“City”) is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified firms for the provision of all supervision, administrative and technical support, labor, materials, tools, supplies and equipment, as well as logistics, scheduling, and coordination to assure effective completion of all cleaning, management and maintenance services for the City’s parking garages and surface lots described herein. The Successful Proposer shall provide services to all areas requiring services within each facility and surface lots, including but not limited to, cleaning of all offices, conference rooms and common areas, lobbies, hallways, waiting areas, kitchens, breakrooms, entrances, sidewalks, janitorial closets, elevators (Passenger and freight as applicable), stairwells and landings (as applicable), restrooms, and restroom lobby areas.
