Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Center; provided however, the successful Proposer will have no responsibility to provide: (i) food and beverage services at the Center as the County has engaged the services of a food and beverage contractor to provide for the same; or (ii) for the management of long term sales (the scheduling and booking of the Center for all long term dates 18 months or more in advance) as the County has engaged the services of Discover Palm Beach County, Inc. (f/k/a the Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau) to provide for the same. However, the successful Proposer will have a duty to work cooperatively with, provide advice to, and maintain open communication with the food and beverage contractor and with Discover Palm Beach County
