Specifications include, but are not limited to: JAXPORT is requesting a Publisher to provide the following services: • company research/data verification for approximately 900 businesses • advertising sales • graphic design/layout • production • printing • mailing; The content of the publication will include: • cover • table of contents • 1- 25 pages of JAXPORT-produced content • Pull-out map of harbor and facilities • business listings organized by category and alphabetical format • advertisements The JAXPORT Directory will be produced, published and delivered to JAXPORT with a target date for each issue to be determined by both parties during the post award meeting. A more specific project schedule for each publication to be established under this RFP will be agreed upon by the awarded Publisher in consultation with JAXPORT. Note, the directories will be printed and distributed (mailed) by mid-November. JAXPORT reserves the right to amend its scheduled distribution time frame. At a minimum, Publisher Services will provide the following: • Data Verification, provide a list with a minimum of three (3) attempted contacts of each business listed in the JAXPORT’s Directory, with one (1) attempt by phone and/or by email. Make a note if business data verification results were unsuccessful in all attempts. • Provide an Excel spreadsheet of the business listings with updates identified. • Provide 1,500 total printed copies of the JAXPORT’s Directory: Saddle-stich, 80lb paper throughout book Cover and Back, use 100lb paper Book size (specs) is 8.5 x 5.5 • Mailing services for 900 of the printed directory copies • Delivery services of the remaining 600 printed directory copies to JAXPORT's Corporate Headquarters located at 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206. • A digital copy of the Directory (PDF) • Design services for entire book, including JAXPORT content
