The project is located east of NW 94th Avenue, between the north end of NW 91st Avenue (within the Landings on Cypress Greens community), extending across the Colony West golf course into the south end of W. Pinehurst Circle (see Attachment 1 - Location Map), within the City of Tamarac. The work shall include, but not limited to furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water and essential communications for the performance of all labor, work or other operations required to install new 8”, C900 PVC watermain piping, fittings and accessories, service line laterals, removal of existing 6” DIP piping, milling and resurfacing, full pavement restoration, key cuts tie-ins with existing asphalt and driveway connections, tack coat application, guardrail removal and reinstallation, concrete sidewalk restoration at service connections, site restoration and all other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. The proposed work will establish a looped distribution system for the Pinehurst Circle community, ensuring consistent water flow and stable water pressure across the network, while enhancing pressure for fire hydrants to support emergency services.
