Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Accommodation, Hotel will: Provide safe, clean, and comfortable lodging to accommodate individuals and families placed by authorized individuals from CSD, for a period of time as determined by CSD. Accept CSD clients 24/7, including holidays, when there are room vacancies. Advise CSD when rooms are not available or nearing capacity Provide CSD Case Management staff with space for temporary office, as needed. Ensure rooms are client controlled with AC/Heat, have access to running water and electric outlets. Ensure that the rooms are equipped with the following basic amenities: o Beds o Linens o Towels o Toiletries o Parking o Wi-Fi Ensure that rooms are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and/or kitchenettes when requested by CSD (if hotel does not carry this type of room, this does not apply). B. Security and Safety, Hotel will: Ensure confidentially of CSD clients (names should not be released to nonauthorized individuals. Maintain 24/7 presence at the facility, including front desk staff, security personnel, and surveillance systems to address any potential security concerns. Ensure smoke detectors, sprinklers, and security systems are in good working order. Ensure clients will have the right to quiet enjoyment of lodging with individual room keys, door locks, and other safety measures in place to protect the personal belongings of clients. C. Housekeeping and Maintenance, Hotel Will: Regularly clean and maintain the hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring a sanitary environment. Promptly address any maintenance issues or repairs to ensure that the facility remains in good condition throughout the duration of the eservice. Provide client clothing laundry service as requested by CSD. D. Reporting and Documentation, Hotel Will: Notify CSD within 24 hours of client checking out of hotel without the aid of CSD. Provide folios to CSD upon client check out, and/or as requested by CSD. Notify CSD within 24 hours of any incidents involving CSD clients. E. Billing Hotel shall bill the county upon check-out, or bi-weekly in the event of extended stays. Hotel shall accept checks from the County that will be mailed to address provided by hotel after processing by County. Hotel shall not charge state or local taxes. Incidental expenses are the responsibility of the client, not the County, unless expressly pre-approve by CSD. F. Misc, Hotel Shall not: Place guests in hotels under the County’s name without the express approval of authorized individuals from CSD. Remove CSD clients from property without notifying CSD.
