Landscape improvements at courtyards and restoration of a fountain along with restoration of existing historic finishes, light fixtures, and historic details; new painting throughout. Selective demolition and indoor air quality testing and mold remedial if required. The structure shall current requirements for 40 year building structural and electrical recertification.
