No single point of failure in the radio stacks will be allowed. - Allow for selectable modulation code rates up to 1024QAM - Employ Adaptive Code Modulation aka “Hitless ACM” technology. - Provide for the transmission of 4 ASI channels, configurable for either direction, for the purpose of delivering DVB-ASI television broadcast program streams, MPEG2-TS or MPEG4-TS, in either direction. - Be ATSC 1 and ATSC 3 compliant. - Provide for the transmission of a simultaneous bidirectional data link of 75 Mbps. - Provide a 99.999% uptime regardless of rain or multipath issues. - The winning vendor must provide on-site installation, commissioning, and training. - Include a five year full warranty, five year next day parts replacement, and 24/7/365 phone and remote access technical support. 002 REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THE FM TOWER LOCATION - The winning bidder will provide SAF Tehnika Phoenix G2 series transmitters, receivers, and hot standbys and all related components to provide for the turnkey radio system described above. 1 The winning bidder will provide one Cisco Small Business SG350 Series SG350-28 rack mountable switch.
