Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide the College with external implementation services, to act as an implementation partner, and help the College implement a new Student Information System (SIS), including but not limited to: • Support the College in successfully implementing a new Student Information System (SIS). Experience in implementation of Ellucian Banner SaaS and integration with Workday HCM/Finance is highly preferred. • Provide project management services oversight to ensure the project is executed within established timelines and budget constraints. • Provide consulting services throughout the duration of the project. • Contribute to developing a Program Governance/Support Model and Release Management Strategy. • Assist the College in defining and aligning internal business processes across the institution. • Collaborate with the College's Project Management team to oversee the delivery of SIS components from the vendor. • Assist the College's change management team in seamlessly transitioning to the new SIS. • Assist the College in formulating a comprehensive data reporting strategy, assessing the existing reporting inventory, and identifying and addressing gaps in reports essential for business continuity. • Contribute to developing integration services by supplying technical resources through staff augmentation as needed. • Provide hourly rates for the services below as part of the implementation partner. • Project Management Support • Change Management Support • Reporting and Dashboard Support • Data Migration Support • Business Systems Analyst Support • Business Process Configuration Support • Technical Support (Build integrations) • User Interface Modification Tech Support...
