Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All lighting, sound and related equipment necessary to produce: a) One music concert at the Seawalk Pavilion b) One outdoor moonlight movie with four optional movies as elected by City 2. Video coverage and screens for stage. 3. Large theater screen (minimum 30’ wide) with professional DVD projection and sound equipment for outdoor movies, plus backup projector. 4. Stage props and decorations. 5. Plants, tents, tables, chairs and linens. 6. May include inflatables, video games, game shows, etc. as appropriate for event. 7. Graphic Design for collateral material. 8. Videography, graphics and full production services for event commercials including Beta commercials, on-screen commercials and logo loops. 9. Ability to produce independent turn-key events.
