All services performed under the contract shall consist of pick-up and delivery of County off-road heavy equipment throughout various County locations in the event of a hurricane/disaster. SERVICES Item #1 Transport Services "Landall" Type -Transport services with operator and escort vehicle, as required. Hydraulic, roll-back, flatbed, tilt, self-loading, minimum 48' long, 102" wide with 65,000 pounds GVW (112,000 pounds GCVW) capacity and hydraulic winch capacity minimum 12,000 pounds. Required to transport equipment such as but not limited to Vacalls, under-bridge inspection truck, steel wheel rollers and broom tractors. Item #2 Transport Services "Low-boy" Type -Transport services with operator and escort vehicle, as required. Detachable low-boy with a capacity of 100,000 pounds GVWR. Required to transport equipment such as but not limited to dozers, spiders (walking excavators), track excavators and other types of heavy equipment
